سياسة الخصوصية

هذه السياسة تخص لعبة "هروب المصعد" على iOS وAndroid (ويُشار إليها بـ"اللعبة").

البيانات التي تحفظها اللعبة

اسمك داخل اللعبة، رصيد الكوينز، تقدّمك في المراحل، وأفضل زمن لك. كل ذلك محفوظ على جهازك فقط، ولا نرسله إلى أي خادم خاص بنا، ولا نبيعه ولا نشاركه.

الإعلانات (Google AdMob)

تعرض اللعبة إعلانات من Google AdMob، منها إعلانات بمكافأة تختار أنت مشاهدتها. قد تجمع Google معرّف الإعلانات في جهازك، وعنوان IP، وبيانات تقنية عن الجهاز والاستخدام، لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها ومنع الاحتيال. راجع سياسة خصوصية Google وكيف تستخدم Google البيانات من التطبيقات الشريكة.

في المناطق التي يشترط فيها القانون ذلك (مثل الاتحاد الأوروبي والمملكة المتحدة) نطلب موافقتك قبل أي إعلان مخصّص، ويمكنك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت من: الإعدادات ← خيارات الخصوصية للإعلانات.
على iOS لا يُستخدم تتبع النشاط عبر التطبيقات إلا إذا سمحت بذلك في نافذة الإذن بالتتبع، ويمكنك تغييره من إعدادات الجهاز ← الخصوصية ← التتبع.
على Android يمكنك إعادة تعيين معرّف الإعلانات أو حذفه من إعدادات الجهاز ← Google ← الإعلانات.

المشتريات داخل اللعبة

تتم عبر App Store أو Google Play. لا نرى بيانات الدفع الخاصة بك ولا نحفظها.

الأطفال

اللعبة ليست موجّهة للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات شخصية منهم.

حذف بياناتك

يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناته في أي وقت من داخل اللعبة: حسابك ← حذف الحساب. حذف اللعبة من جهازك يحذف بياناتها أيضًا.

"هروب المصعد" لعبة ترفيهية للاستخدام الشخصي غير التجاري.
الكوينز عملة افتراضية داخل اللعبة فقط، ليس لها قيمة نقدية ولا يمكن استبدالها بمال أو تحويلها.
الكوينز محفوظة على جهازك؛ حذف الحساب أو حذف اللعبة يحذفها، بما فيها المشتراة.
المشتريات تخضع لسياسات الاسترداد الخاصة بـ App Store أو Google Play.
قد نحدّث اللعبة وهذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، ويُنشر أي تغيير في هذه الصفحة.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers the game "Elevator Rush" on iOS and Android (the "Game").

Data the Game stores

Your in-game name, coin balance, level progress and best time. All of it is stored only on your device. We don't send it to any server of ours, and we don't sell or share it.

Sign-in

You can play as a guest or sign in with Apple (on iOS). With Apple, we use only the account ID Apple provides to link your progress on your device. We don't ask for or store your email.

Ads (Google AdMob)

The Game shows ads from Google AdMob, including rewarded ads you choose to watch. Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, and technical device and usage data to show and measure ads and prevent fraud. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from partner apps.

Where the law requires it (such as the EU and UK), we ask for your consent before personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices.
On iOS, cross-app tracking is used only if you allow it in the tracking permission prompt. You can change it in Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in device Settings → Google → Ads.

In-game purchases

Handled by the App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.

Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and all its data at any time in the Game: Your account → Delete account. Uninstalling the Game also deletes its data.

Terms of Service

Elevator Rush is an entertainment game for personal, non-commercial use.
Coins are a virtual in-game currency only. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged or transferred.
Coins are stored on your device. Deleting your account or the Game deletes them, including purchased coins.
Purchases follow the refund policies of the App Store or Google Play.
We may update the Game and these terms from time to time; changes are posted on this page.
